our process
1. Baseline assessment
Capture all of the data about the roof system as it appears at certain date and time, and provide thorough understanding of the existing condition of the roof to help ensure it will achieve the maximum projected life.
2. create solution
We work closely with the building owner/facilities leader to create a solution that is both technically sound and considerate of any budgetary constraints.
3. planning and execution
After the appropriate solution has been identified, we will take the time to meticulously plan the project to minimize disruption of the facility
4. ongoing service
Once the project is complete, we consistently monitor aging and update the customer with measures to take in order to extend the life of the roof
